Do I need to have cartridges delivered monthly? Or can I set my own frequency?

You can have them delivered whenever and as frequently as you like - it's totally up to you. By default you are set to every 30 days. If you wish to change that, you can enter different options during the checkout process. If you wish to make a change after your initial order date, you can call us, email us or reach us via the chat feature and we can set it up however you like... every 2 months, 6 months or anytime in between. You can even pause it if you go on vacation.
