Do I need to have cartridges delivered monthly? Or can I set my own frequency?

You can have them delivered whenever and as frequently as you like - it's totally up to you. By default you are set to every 30 days. If you wish to change that, you can enter different options during the checkout process. If you wish to make a change after your initial order date, you can call us, email us or reach us via the chat feature and we can set it up however you like... every 2 months, 6 months or anytime in between. You can even pause it if you go on vacation.

Once a battery is fully charged, it will last an entire day, depending upon usage. The shorter battery is better for evening use as it lasts a much shorter time on a single charge. While you are using one battery, your other battery can be charging to ensure your continuous smoking experience.

We offer the assorted cartridges as part of our Premium Starter Kits because it's the perfect opportunity for our customers to try the different flavors. Because they are pre-packaged, we cannot exchange them.

NOTE: The Deluxe electric cigarettes patented all-in-one atomized cartridge/filter is unique in its atomization process, thus requiring a smaller level of nicotine to produce the same effect as its 3-part counterpart – The Premium electric cigarettes.
