For every 200 POINTS you collect, you’ll receive a $20 credit toward your next purchase!

How can I Redeem Rewards Points?

Sign in to your account:

Click on the ‘My Account' link at the top of our website and sign in. Once you’ve signed in, you’ll see your current point total on your Dashboard. Click on ‘My Points & Rewards' on the left-hand menu to see details!

Shop as normal:

Browse through our site and simply shop as you normally would! Add the awesome South Beach Smoke products you want to your shopping cart knowing that you’ll be receiving one Surf Club point for every dollar you spend!

How do I view my Surf Club Points balance?

Sign in to your South Beach Smoke account and click the “My Account” button at the top of the page. Your My Account Dashboard gives you a clear view of your recent account activity, allows you to update your account information, and see your Surf Club points balance!

HOW DO I JOIN SOUTH BEACH SMOKE SURF CLUB REWARDS??

Just create a South Beach Smoke account and you’ll be automatically enrolled!

Is there a limit on how many rewards points I can earn?

There’s no limit on the amount of points you can accumulate! When redeeming your points, you can use up to $100 in Surf Club points per order!

How does the friend referral program work?

Currently the referral program is no longer active. South Beach Smoke is working in a better referral program and we will let you know as soon is ready!

I HAD AN ACCOUNT UNDER THE OLD REWARDS PROGRAM AND MY POINTS AREN’T SHOWING UP -- WHAT DO I DO?

If you’ve ever signed up for a loyalty account with South Beach Smoke your points should automatically be transferred over to our current Surf Club program. If you aren’t able to locate your previously earned points, please contact our Customer Service Department so that we can sort things out!

Can I stack my already redeemed rewards points and codes with a promotion running a discount code?

Sure! Surf Club Points can be used on any orders – and even on sale items! Unfortunately, Surf Club Points may not be used on site-wide sales or purchases with certain promotions.
