Vape Pen Not Charging FAQ

Troubleshooting A Vape that Won't Charge

Understand Your Vape Pen's Indicator Light

The first step is to understand what the device's indicator light is trying to tell you. A vape pen's indicator light can work in several ways when the device charges (e.g., turning different colors, pulsing lights, etc.). You should double-check the manual to see what the light is telling you; your device could be working just fine.

Check if Your Vape is Working

In almost all cases, a vape pen's light will be on while the device charges. Therefore, if you connect your vape to a power source and it doesn't light up, that probably means the vape isn't currently charging. This could mean the battery is fully charged already. Try using the device – does it work? If the device isn't working, proceed to the next step.

Double Check the Battery/Cartridge Attachment

Replace the Charging Cable/Brick
